Financial Justice
Since (apparently) the best legal minds in the field of sport have proclaimed that there was no unfair sporting advantage sought or gleaned by Rangers' use of ebts, Rangers should immediately begin action to recover prize money unjustly withheld by the SPL, which Rangers won fairly and squarely, citing "undue influence" for our previous acquiescence, should the SPL quibble, or prove recalcitrant. Similarly, the SFA have no place witholding with transfer fees/compensation for the likes of Steven Davis, now that it has been established by those same legal-eagles that all Rangers players were properly registered.
Oldco's creditors deserve to have these sums, and anything else which proves recoverable, added to the pot for them to share.

Of course they'll deduct the 250k first but fair enough. The liquidators should be pursuing the SPL for every penny owed.

Re: Financial Justice
Not really getting it tony? Rangers made some poor decisions and for this they've been fined. The decisions didn't impact on 'sporting integrity' so much to the disappointment of some, no sporting sanction. If you prefer 'guilty' but not seriously
