Because, initially, whyte still owned the majority of shares...
Much the same as at Dunfermline anyone wanting to buy them would have had to deal with Masterton...
Not the case now tho as he's handed his shares over...
Still owns the ground...
Pretty sure this is leading to something else tho......

It was the administrators that were looking for a buyer, not Whyte. Whyte had no way to veto or stop the administrators selling to whoever they chose. The club going into administration took it out of Whyte's hands. That's what administration is.

The administrators run things and make decisions...

i don't know that he did agree - the business was put into liquidation so at that point share ownership becomes irrelevant i.e. you've lost themTokin Jester wrote:What would have happened had he not agreed?
